- Specialized foot care services, including assessments, diabetic foot care, and treatment for common foot health issues.
- Mobile outreach services to underserved and remote Aboriginal communities.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Use the equipment and services provided responsibly and as intended.
- Follow any instructions or guidelines provided by our team for equipment use and care.
- Notify us immediately of any issues, damages, or defects in the equipment.
- Refrain from reselling, renting, or transferring any equipment provided without our explicit consent.
5. Appointments and Payments
- Appointments:
- Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our online booking system
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Payments:
- All fees for services and equipment must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Payments can be made via e-transfer, cheque or credit card
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
6. Equipment Usage and Liability
- All equipment provided is for personal use and must be used according to the guidelines provided.
- You are responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment while in your possession.
- We are not liable for injuries or damages arising from improper use of the equipment.
7. Refunds and Returns
- Equipment:
- Refunds or exchanges for equipment are available within 48 hours of purchase, provided the equipment is unused and in its original condition.
- Services:
- Refunds for services are not available unless a service could not be delivered due to circumstances beyond your control and approved by us.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
9. Limitations of Liability
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or equipment.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services or equipment provided.
